I am UK size 8 sometimes 10 and purchased the smallest size available - Size S. Wish they were available in XS as little too loose around the waist area. I would advise to size down when purchasing. The material, quality and finish to a very high standard. They are great for the non sweaty yoga sessions but did not like how stretchy and baggy the material was when used them for a sweaty gym + yoga session. If your workout is usually quite sweaty I would not recommend this product.

I don't like complaining because I love everything else I have purchased in the past but the Rib Bike Shorts are itchy (irritating) and hard to wear because of this

Love them great fit but the white logo in the front is peeling off after 1 day
