Young, fast and destined for greatness, Lara Gillespie is an Irish professional cycling sensation and she's only 20 years old.

Hailing from the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland's Co. Wicklow, Lara tried her hand at just about every sport growing up, cycling included. But it wasn't until she joined Dublin road cycling club the Orwell Wheelers that she started looking at the sport as more than just something fun to do on holidays.

Lara is now the proud bearer of multiple junior cycling titles and has her sights firmly set on Paris 2024.

“You have to be willing to do the hard work, put in the preparation time and when it comes down to race time, stay confident that you are exactly where you belong.”

Based between her home in Ireland and team training facilities in Mallorca, we are absolutely delighted to welcome this rising star to the Gym+Coffee Make Life Richer Family of Ambassadors.
