They have a USA site and I ordered from there. However they ship from the Uk and do not know how to fill out the customs forms properly. My order and money has been stuck in customs since early December. And even after reaching out multiple time to the company via the email addresses they have listed I have heard nothing back. Customer service like that is beyond disappointing. I have wasted so much time with FEDEX trying to get it resolved myself but I don’t have the information they need regarding the products and where they were made and materials, such a let down. I was excited to try this brand from my home country!
