ONLINE POLICY
Online Returns:
We understand that sometimes what you receive isn’t quite what you expected. No worries. Here’s what you need to know:
- Return Period: You have 28 days from the delivery date for non-sale items and 14 days for sale items to initiate a return.
- Return Channels: You can return your items online through our return portal.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are not available online.
- Condition: Please ensure that the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, with original hangtags attached, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or in accordance with applicable local laws.
- Clearance Items: Clearance items are subject to a no-refund policy, this does not affect your statutory rights.
We have a return system where it's easy to register the items that is being return and create a return address label for your return: https://returns.gympluscoffee.com/ You can return online within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund only. Just enter your order number and email address, select which item you'd like to return and print off the address label. The return can then be returned to us with your preferred carrier. Please note that the address labels are not pre-paid return labels.
RETURN HOW TO
To return online you will need to make the following steps:
- Go to our return portal link: https://returns.gympluscoffee.com/
- Enter your order number and email address (make sure there are no spaces or extra symbols in your details entered).
- You will be asked to select which item/s you would like to return and asked to provide a reason from a drop down list.
- Once this is confirmed you will receive a returns tracking label with our returns address that you can print off or scan. Please note that the address labels are not pre-paid return labels.
- You will be linked to the nearest drop off points to you where you can make the return. Please note you will be charged for the shipping.
- Be sure to keep hold of your returns receipt with your tracking number on it.
ORDER AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you’ve placed your order we’re unable to make any changes including:
- Delivery or billing address
- Adding additional items to your order
- Changes to size or item ordered
- Once an order is processed we are unable to cancel the order.
- We are unable to combine orders once they have been made
The item(s) will be shipped out to you and if you’re not happy with them once you’ve received them, you can return using our online portal https://returns.gympluscoffee.com/ or return/exchange in store.
Incomplete addresses e.g. those without a correct Eir, Postal or Zip Code may be returned to us and you will be refunded once our warehouse receives it.
Additional Information:
- Incomplete addresses without correct Eir, Postal, or Zip Codes may result in returns to our warehouse. Refunds will be issued upon receipt.
- Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to Gym+Coffee’s discretion.
- In the case of split payments (such as half gift card, half bank card) the refund will first go to the gift card used and any remaining amount will go to the bank card.
