Meet Carl, Chloe + Claire, three personal trainers who share over 15 years experience, a love of fitness and the letter C, and are reshaping what it means to exercise from home! 
The 3C’s took time out to let us know a bit about what makes them tick. They’ll be joining us here on the Make Life Richer Blog to give us their tips on all things fitness!
3C Fitness was born when Chloe, Claire + Carl (all personal trainers, fitness instructors and avid social exercisers) saw a gap in the industry and a need to bring structure and purposeful training to home workouts whilst building a community.
They structure their workouts to progress strength, fitness and confidence, not too mention some belting tunes to accompany the sweat sesh! 
With experience across multiple disciplines, the 3C’s cover Strength, Bodyweight, Rowing, Spin and TRX, on top of 1-to-1 personal training and small park group sessions.
So, who are Carl, Chloe + Claire?! 




Carl was born and bred in South Africa, and moved to London when he was 19. Carl found his passion for fitness through team sports. Rugby, Waterpolo and Football and he now regularly competes in team CrossFit events and ultra-endurance races.
He is one of the head trainers at Core Collective, a London based studio, teaching spin and circuit classes, and he is the mastermind behind their signature ROW workouts. 
Voted ClassPass Instructor of the Year in 2018, Carl’s goal is simply to redefine your experience of a workout and empower you to appreciate how strong you really are.



Chloe is the Head Trainer of Strength & Conditioning and High Intensity Training at BLOK studios (with 2x gyms in London, 1 in Manchester). Always passionate about sport, fitness and lifting, Chloe has been Personal Training and teaching across multiple boutique studios in London for almost 6 years.
She’s an endurance junkie, and has completed multiple 24/25hr challenges, mainly on her bike, but has also completed a few full & half-ironman races, with more on the horizon! As well as cycling for hours on end, she is also a qualified Level 1 Olympic Lifting Coach.
Chloe is all about the mental strength and benefits of training, as well as the physical. When things feel tough or daunting, Chloe’s go-to saying is, “You never know unless you try..!



Claire is the most motivating and energetic powerlifter you will meet! She lives to help others achieve things they didn’t think they could, by supporting their fitness journey to reach their goals. 
With a varied sporting background, including playing rugby for Wasps, cricket for Wales and Power Lifting competitively, she brings a wealth of experience in harnessing power, speed, agility and strength into your training.
Alongside 3C, Claire teaches classes at top boutique studios, trains her personal clients, and any spare time is spent befriending every dog she can find in Battersea Park..!
