+PAUSE EVENT IN LONDON Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 10:32 pm +1100 That time we all pressed pause in London.... We're just off the back of our first EVER event in London with our hearts full and our knowledge around mental health enhanced. This 3-day pop-up well-being sanctuary saw our community come together to relax, chat, listen, move, rest and prioritise their mental health. See some shots from the event below. Tiffany Soi leading the way through a flow yoga session. Therapy Dogs were on hand to provide attendees with comfort, distraction, and stimulation. Journaling with Megan Rose Lane helped us to declutter, reorganise and prioritise. Coffee at the event came from Change Please who donate 100% of their profits to people experiencing homelessness. The phenomenal India Morse put the crew through their paces with an early morning sweat session. Jessica Robson, who set up RunTalkRun to create an inclusive, safe space where people can come together to exercise, chat and support one another through any mental health challenges.
