Gym+Coffee's +Pause mental health well-being sanctuary in central London.


That time we all pressed pause in London.... We're just off the back of our first EVER event in London with our hearts full and our knowledge around mental health enhanced. This 3-day pop-up well-being sanctuary saw our community come together to relax, chat, listen, move, rest and prioritise their mental health. See some shots from the event below.

Jessica Robson from RunTalkRun shared her story which includes battles with mental health in the hope of breaking down barriers and starting important conversations.

Sleeping pods allowed attendees the opportunity to switch off and find some moments of rest.
