The eight workout stations in Hyrox typically include rowing, burpees, sandbag carries, sled pushes, wall balls, air bike, farmers carry, and kettlebell swings. Each station is timed, and athletes must complete a set number of repetitions before moving on to the next station. Between each station, athletes must complete a 1-kilometer run, adding an additional element of cardio and endurance to the competition.
